submitted by Jessica B. - |Recommended: NoLuxury appearance — It’s pretty low key, more professionals than children. The appearance is beautiful, but the materials don’t hold up well. Noise level of floor and or ceiling neighbors you can hear way too well.

submitted by Frank R. - |Recommended: NoLooks nice, but lacks quality. Management only cares about profit — Everything looks great at first glance. You have a newly constructed building, with clean cuts and fresh paint. What you may not notice on your walk through, however, are the little places that they cut corners in build and design. Yes, there are granite counter tops, but everything else is cheap. Look at what the closet doors are made out of. Feel them. Open and shut them to get a feel for the quality.' Open the blinds by your sliding door and see how many fall off each time because they are the least expensive option they could find. Look at the grouting in the bathrooms. Follow the baseboards and edging around the apartment. See how it was glued to the wall, and find the places where it wasn't done correct.y. Keep in mind that this build quality is probably similar to the rest of the building - especially in areas you cannot see. Hopefully you spend enough time to hear someone in the apartment above walk in wearing shoes. You will hear every step. The apartment is pet friendly - which is awesome - but they didn't insulate the floors ceilings enough. A large dog lived above us, and every time it jumped off the couch to chase down a ball it sounded like thunder in our apartment. Turn on the tap and see how long it takes to get hot. Facing the parking lot Be sure to try and open the garage door a few times to see if it is loud for you. Our apartment was located directly above the garage door, which opens and closes about 100 times a day, and you could quite literally feel the vibrations in the second bedroom. Keep in mind that right inside those garage doors is exactly where the 4 garbage dumpsters are. Twice a week, at about 7 15 am, they are emptied. It is not quiet. All of this might be bearable if management even cared at all. Evan - to his credit - works hard and tries to cover for the missteps in construction, but it simply isn't enough. After our year lease we wanted to go month to month as we were actively looking to buy a house. We were not allowed. We were given the option to sign an extended lease or nothing at all. Other tenants in the building had month to month leases, but we were not allowed. Instead, we were told we would need to sign the extended lease and then pay 2,500 to break the lease. They knew they had us, and took advantage. This, above all other reasons, is why I would not recommend living here. The cosmetic things can be ignored. You don't own the apartment, and you will move out some day. Its the way upper management not Evan treated us - like we weren't people - just a number. That is why I would not recommend living here.

We are able to walk into downtown Grafton and experience everything Grafton has to offer right in our backyard. It is also just a short drive to any store you would need We would highly recommend the 1505 apartments for their convenient location and beautiful architecture design as well as many other things

submitted by Amber - |Recommended: YesComfortable — I can hear just about everything anyone upstairs is doing including any type of water flowing thru the pipes , as well as below where the outside door opens and closes. The staff, however, are extremely friendly always saying hello. I love having a gym I can go to at anytime and the 4th floor patio offers a beautiful view Overall it's a beautiful place a lot roomier than expected and would definitely recommend.
